1)   Digital Imaging Artist (Full Time) 

Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope:

  • Work on and retouch all digital images and content across all platforms
  • Prepare and perform checks to ensure all visuals and content are up to standards prior to release
  • Work with Creative & Marketing team to generate digital content and ideas, and implement them
  • Put together digital collaterals such as editorials, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Assist in photo shoots when required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean/PR
  • Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or Illustrator.
  • Experience in image retouching and editing
  • Able to work and keep up with a fast paced environment in a team and work independently as an individual
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Meticulous, hardworking and a good eye for colours and details
  • Passionate and driven for high quality of creative work
  • Photography and video editing skills will be a plus
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year

2)   Logistics Associate (Full Time) 

Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope:

  • Fulfilling and packing of all online orders
  • Manage warehouse, online & retail stock inventory
  • Conduct product quality checks
  • Liaise with all external service providers on all logistics matters
  • Work with Customer Service and Operations team to keep track of online and retail inventory
  • Manage and guide logistic part-time packers
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean/SPR
  • Min. O-levels
  • Organized, hands-on, hardworking, detailed, meticulous and a good sense of initiative
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment in a team and as an individual
  • No experience needed
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year

3)  Logistics Assistant (Part Time) 

Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope:

  • Fulfilling and packing of all online orders
  • Assist in warehouse, online & retail stock inventory
  • Handle product quality checks
  • Ad-hoc tasks 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean/SPR
  • Min. O-levels
  • Organized, hands-on, hardworking, detailed, meticulous and a good sense of initiative
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment in a team and as an individual
  • No experience needed
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Able to work on Mondays and min. of 3 days per week for at least 3 months 

4)   Customer Care Associate (Full Time)

Location: Tai Seng 

Job Scope:

  • Attend and respond to all customer queries
  • Handle and process all online orders
  • Handle and process all order returns, exchange and defects
  • Assist Logistic team during peak season
  • Support other core teams at ad-hoc tasks

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean/SPR
  • Min. Diploma/Degree holder
  • Age 18 years and above
  • No prior experience required though past experience will be a plus
  • Passion for customer service & enjoys interacting with customers
  • Good command of English and a good level of reading, writing, understand & communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive working attitude with a good sense of initiative
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment as an individual and in a team
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year

5)   Retail Store Supervisor (Full Time) 

Location: Central, Town

Job Scope:

  • Manage and lead team of Retail Store Assistants
  • Manage day-to-day store operations with high level of standards and efficiency
  • Manage and plan team schedules and attendances
  • Develop strategies to enhance shopping experience for customers and improve sales
  • Provide feedback and reports on store acitivities and performance to main office
  • Attend to customers enquiries
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing store inventory
  • Ensure store displays are in order and replenishment of inventory at all times
  • Maintain and responsible for cash register duties
  • Maintain good knowledges of sales and ongoing promotions to promote to customers
  • Manage store’s cleanliness and tidiness at all times
  • Establish and maintain high morale and good rapport amongst team members
  • Ensure adherance of team conduct to company brand’s image, policies and service standards
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean/PR
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in retail fashion industry as retail store supervisor
  • Strong leadership qualities and skills to manage and lead retail team
  • Outgoing, friendly and courteous with positive attitude
  • A good eye and passion for fashion and details
  • Strong inter-personal skills to converse and engage with customers with a strong command of English
  • Able to work efficiently independently and in a team
  • 5 work days a week, including one weekend and public holiday 

6)   Retail Store Assistant (Full Time / Part Time) 

Location: Central, Town

Job Scope:

  • Attend to customers enquiries

  • Physically fit and able to work long retail hours
  • Outgoing, friendly and courteous with positive attitude

  • Strong inter-personal skills to converse and engage with customers with a strong command of English
  • Able to work efficiently independently and in a team
  • 5 work days a week for full time position, including one weekend and public holiday. Able to commit for at least 1 year
  • Minimum 3 days a week for part-time position, including one weekend and public holiday. Able to commit for at least 3 months
