Ordering and Payment

How to order?

 

Step 1

Login to your account if you are a returning customer. Please note that you will have to register for an account with us if you wish to make any form of purchase. To register for a new account or login to your existing account, click Login/Register at the top right-hand corner.

 

Step 2

 

Click on the categories of your choice at the top of our site. From the product page, click on the details tab for product specifications and sizing measurements. Select the size and click "ADD TO CART". Upon adding the item to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or checkout now for payment.

If you have started from Step 2 instead, without logging into your account from the beginning, you will be prompted to login or sign up for an account with us at the Checkout page.

 

Step 3

 

At the checkout page, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed with details of the items added to cart. Check through the items, sizes and quantity of the product. You will be able to delete an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the cross icon next to the product image if you do not wish to proceed with the purchase.

 

Step 4

 

Enter your preferred delivery address and select your delivery mode in the same checkout page below your item details. Confirm that all mailing addresses are correctly entered to ensure smooth delivery of orders. We provide Standard/Express Courier service for all local orders and International Shipping for international orders.

 

Step 5

 

If you have a valid promotion or discount code, enter the code in the Discount box at Checkout and click "APPLY DISCOUNT". The discount will then be reflected in the grand total payable. Ensure that you have entered your promotion code in the right format (caps or small lettering, etc) as it is case sensitive. If you have a valid store credit or VIP reward voucher, the system will automatically prompt you to confirm if you wish to apply this store credit or voucher to your order. The store credit or voucher amount will automatically be reflected in the total amount of the order. There is no need to manually enter a code as no codes will be generated for store credits or VIP reward vouchers.

 

Step 6

 

Read through our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with an order. Upon going through them, click on your payment mode (Paypal/Credit Card). Click on "REVIEW ORDER" and then “CONFIRM ORDER” to proceed with your purchase.

 

Payment

 

Upon confirming your order, you will be directed to our Payment page to proceed with your order. Only credit card payments or Apple Pay are accepted and you will be led to the respective secure websites for convenient payment. You will automatically receive a payment confirmation email once your payment is successful. All local and international orders can only make payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc). An invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address once you successfully place an order. Paid orders will be processed and despatched within 1-3 working days from the day your payment is accepted.
