We provide returns for all regular priced items. Please take note of the following in order for your orders to be valid for a return.
- Returns must be in their original conditions received, and packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, with all tags intact and purchased directly first-hand from www.shopfashmob.com only in order to be eligible for return.
- Orders made with promotional codes, discounts, reward points, gift cards/vouchers, store credits, or containing sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns. This applies to a single order made that contains multiple items in the same order invoice. Promotional codes, discount vouchers, birthday discounts, reward points redemptions, gift cards/vouchers and store credits are applied to the entire single order and all items in the order are not eligible for any form of return. Certain clothing apparels are also not applicable for returns, such as basic tees, knitwear or tops, etc.
- All returns must be mailed back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 10 working days for local orders or 20 working days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails.
- All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in and endorsed accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at email@example.com to request for a copy within the stipulated return timeframe.
- All accepted returns will be issued store credits within 7 working days upon receiving the item, and valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or extended past its expiry. Any additional shipping charges (E.g. International shipping fees and Express courier, etc) paid for the order will not be refunded or included in the credit note as this is not a compulsory initial charge in the order but optional as selected by the shopper and has been executed by the service provider.
- Store credits issued for returns are eligible for partial use. Any unutilised store credit will still be subjected to the original date of validity. Store credits are strictly not eligible for extension past its expiry. Returned items will be released to other shoppers upon confirmation of return and issue of store credits, and will no longer be available for a return in the event of an expired store credit. Any unused store credits will be forfeited upon expiry.
- All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not suitable for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer. Returns are accepted and processed via mailings strictly only. All shoppers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
- All orders placed are final and cannot be reversed, refunded or topped up to the original value.
- All online returns are only accepted via mailings back to our warehouse. Dropping off the order for a return at any retail outlet is not allowed due to space and operations constraints as the retail outlet cannot process any forms of returns. In the event that a customer insists on dropping off an order at the retail outlet for a return during off-peak periods, a nominal courier charge of $7 will be offset from the original store credit value. This nominal fee is to arrange for extra courier service to send the parcel back to our warehouse. Dropping off a return order is strictly not allowed during peak seasons leading up to Chinese New Year to facilitate faster clearance of returns.
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your order reference for verification purposes and to further process an exchange to the correct item for you. Any postage incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you in the form of store credits. Kindly note that the incorrect item should be in its original condition received, unscented, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly from www.shopfashmob.com only. In the event that a one-to-one exchange to the original item is not available due to stocks availability, a store credit will be issued to you. We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any return/exchange of the defective item if we are not notified within the stipulated timeframe. Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange or refunds. It is the shoppers' responsibility to treat all products received with care.
Size exchange is not available. Customers who require an exchange in size may proceed to return the item (if eligible) under the above Returns conditions and use the issued store credit to checkout the same item in the required size. Reservations of sizes prior to the return is not available.
Exchange/returns of any form is strictly not allowed for all Sale/Promotional/Store Credit items.
